Whistling Sisters is one of the most interesting bars around Wellington. Situated in the centre of town, this Craft Beer Brewery has an amazing range of beers and ciders brewed on site. Their sound system is based around an Akai reel-to-reel tape machine as the main audio source, which is placed in prime position in the bar. The brief was for a stereo hi-fi style system so designed using a number of FBT Project660 6.5"/1"wall speakers, complemented by CLA208SA dual 8" subwoofers to extend the low frequencies. The results matched the high end brews they serve up everyday!

The new H&M store in Wellington is a very welcome addition as the brand grows across New Zealand. Featuring a big and bright store concept with a focus on sound as an important part of the ambience. The H&M brand is unique as it calls for a much better sound system specification than traditional stores. Using a two way 6.5" ceiling speaker with additional 10" ceiling subs, the sound system is more Front of House than the usual muted BGM systems.
